How to install Verint Enterprise Data Management for Webex Contact Center

Overview

This article describes the installation instructions to deploy Verint Enterprise Data Management for Webex Contact Center. The steps below provide a detailed breakdown of each step needed to connect Webex CC and Verint Enterprise Data Management.

Prerequisites

You must be a Verint Cloud customer and have purchased or subscribed to Verint Enterprise Data Management. If you are not a Verint Cloud customer already or have not subscribed to Verint Enterprise Data Management, contact info@verint.com to start this process.

Your Verint Tenant account must be onboarded with the Verint Identity Service. If you are not currently using Verint Identity or do not know, contact your Verint account team or Customer Success Manager request this.

You must be Webex Contact Center Administrator with Full Administrator access.

Step 1

Verint must prepare your tenant account before you can connect your Enterprise Data Management service with Webex CC. Contact your Verint account team or Customer Success Manager to request this. Once completed Verint will assist you with the remaining steps to connect your Enterprise Data Management service with Webex CC.

Step 2

Click here to initiate provisioning Webex CC to connect your Enterprise Data Management service.

You will be redirected to the Webex Login page to provide authorization for our app to receive API events for calls and recordings. The process utilizes OAUTH2 authorization.

Login to your Webex account if requested. Note, you must be the Webex Account Administrator with Full Administrator access in order to complete this installation.

Once you login, you will be presented with a Webex page indicating the Verint Enterprise Data Management application would like consent to have the following permissions. Click the Accept button.

Congratulations! You have successfully enrolled your Webex Contact Center application with Verint Enterprise Data Management.

Once enrollment is complete Verint will complete the process of enabling recording of Webex CC with your Enterprise Data Management application.
