  • Innovating with AI & Analytics: Transform business deploying advanced machine learning models, natural language processing, intent, and analytics engines to derive tangible value in customer engagement.
  • Driving Digital-First Engagement: Orchestrate customer journeys with a connected experience across your consumer’s channel of choice to create differentiated experiences at scale that drive customer loyalty.
  • Elevating Experience Management: Drive positive business outcomes through the use of multi-channel experience management solutions to analyze, predict, and prioritize change at scale.
  • Customer Engagement Champion: An individual or team who goes above and beyond in their day-to-day role, whether in your contact center, CX, back office, branch, or marketing operations, to help your organization close the Engagement Capacity Gap and, as a result, build better, more enduring relationships with your customers.

One winner and one highly commendable recipient will be selected for each category. Winners will be notified in May and recognized at Verint Engage. In addition, they will have the opportunity to take part in a professionally developed video highlighting their outstanding accomplishments!
