Distinguished Global Awards Program Recognizes Leaders and Standouts in AI

MELVILLE, N.Y.

Verint® (NASDAQ: VRNT), The Customer Engagement Company®, today announced that the Verint Customer Engagement Platform, powered by Verint Da Vinci™ AI, was selected as the “Best Overall AI Platform” in the sixth annual AI Breakthrough Awards program conducted by AI Breakthrough, a prominent market intelligence organization that recognizes the best companies, products, and technologies in the realm of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

This marks Verint’s sixth consecutive AI Breakthrough award, previously receiving the “Best Chatbot Solution” in 2022, “Best Virtual Agent Solution” in 2021, “Best AI-based Solution for Customer Service” in 2020, “Best Chatbot Solution” in 2019, and “Best Overall AI Solution” in 2018.

Verint Da Vinci AI is at the core of the Verint Open CCaaS Platform, enabling brands to maximize the value of AI and deliver tangible business outcomes. Through an open, secure, and data-driven AI design, Verint Da Vinci AI integrates commercially available models, like ChatGPT, alongside Verint’s own proprietary AI capabilities. Verint Da Vinci AI models are trained on customer engagement data, which has been collected for more than 20 years, as well as the real-time data that flows through Verint’s Open CCaaS platform to ensure Verint AI models are continuously trained and tuned to perform successfully.

“Verint Da Vinci AI trains on large amounts of organizational data, then transforms this data into valuable insights and predictions that can be used by organizations to improve their customer experience, increase efficiency, and reduce operating costs,” says Verint’s Jaime Meritt, chief product officer. “Over time, as the platform continues to operate within customer organizations, these models become increasingly proficient, allowing businesses to achieve higher ROI through their usage of Open CCaaS.”

The mission of the AI Breakthrough Awards is to honor excellence and recognize companies, technologies, and products for their success and innovation in the global AI landscape. AI solutions and drivers can be awarded for a range of AI and machine learning related categories including AI platforms, decision management, smart robotics, facial recognition, predictive analytics, industry specific AI applications and many more. This year’s program attracted more than 3,000 entrants.

“Congratulations to Verint on another AI Breakthrough award. Verint understands that today’s consumers are engaging with their favorite brands through an ever-expanding array of always-on customer engagement channels. Managing an exponential number of interactions while meeting skyrocketing expectations is a challenge that Verint is helping brands meet,” says James Johnson, managing director, AI Breakthrough. “With Verint, you can interact with customers and employees while also processing large amounts of data so you can connect and grow your operations to meet the modern demands of the customer experience.”
