JOY is a multi-device app that allows businesses to easily exploit all their available data, whether structured and unstructured (e.g., voice recordings, e-mails, etc.), in a fast and pragmatic way to improve customer satisfaction or any other key indicator for top management (e.g.: sales with quality).
