AdviceLine Request Form

The Adviceline form is being transitioned to Verint Connect. To streamline your experience, Adviceline requests will now be submitted through the IVA chat within Verint Connect. Simply log in to Verint Connect, open the IVA chat icon on the bottom right of your screen, type “AdviceLine”, and follow the prompts to submit your inquiry.  AdviceLine processing will remain as it is today. If you have the form bookmarked on Verint.com, please update your link to Verint Connect. And if you need a Verint Connect account, you will be prompted to complete a form for requesting access.
