(Nasdaq: VRNT) today announced a new partnership with Group Elite Communications, a premier provider of professional and managed services for workforce optimization and other solutions in the North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions. Through this relationship, North American and EMEA customers can now combine Group Elite’s award-winning professional sales, services, support and consulting with Verint’s industry-leading Customer Engagement™solutions, available in the cloud, on-premises or a hybrid model.
