Data Processing Instructions
- NEW: Additional wording to indicate the order of precedence between the agreement
applicable to the Verint offering (e.g. Master SaaS Agreement), the data processing agreement and the DPI with specific reference to the transactional document (Order) controlling in the event of conflict in case service specific DPI are required. - REVISED: Verint’s offerings have matured so the DPI apply to Verint’s offerings holistically
rather than solution specific therefore naming specific solutions has been removed. - REVISED: Greater specificity regarding the nature of processing, data subject references,
categories of personal data and duration of processing. - REVISED: Verint affiliates as subprocessors have been updated.
- REVISED: The DPI have been updated to provide greater specificity in respect of the geo-
locations in which Verint’s appointed sub-processors who provide hosting infrastructure. - REVISED: The DPI have been updated to clarify that some subprocessors are hosting providers and others are providers of access authentication services in respect of secure access to Verint’s cloud.
- REVISED: Verint no longer uses as many subprocessors to provide voice transcription to
augment customer specific natural language process models. - NEW: Verint has partnered with Okta Inc to provide access authentication services so Okta’s
details have been added.
