As the world of conversational AI continues to evolve and grow—and as more and more consumers choose to engage with companies through this technology—we can see what tools can truly deliver the outcomes organizations need to compete in today’s CX landscape.

In their recent report “2025 Conversational Intelliview: Decision-Makers Guide to Self-Service & Enterprise Intelligent Assistants,” Opus Research set out to determine what conversational AI solutions are at the front of the pack when it comes to producing these outcomes.

In the report, they named Verint Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) a conversational AI leader. This is the top classification Opus offers in the report, which evaluated 16 of the top conversational AI providers in the market, judging them on a variety of competitive differentiators, paying special attention to ease of use, speed to deploy, reliability and control, as well as GenAI platform maturity.

Verint IVA, a conversational AI-powered virtual assistant that works across digital and voice channels to drive next-level containment, provide excellent customer experiences, and drive revenue, received high marks across the board.

In the report, Opus noted Verint’s generative AI and agentic AI capabilities, while also touting the functionality of Verint’s IVA Studio, a low-code/no-code platform where users design, test, deploy, and manage their virtual assistant.

Verint scored especially high in the Ease of Use and Speed to Deploy categories.

“Verint is laser focused on delivering positive and measurable business outcomes through the use of AI. They couple this objective with a “land and expand” strategy, working to introduce the value of AI, specifically generative AI, to enterprises through small and easy to deploy steps that deliver quick wins,” the report states.

This is the third consecutive time that Verint has earned a leader distinction in the “Intelliview” report, with Opus showing them among the top of the curve in both 2023 and 2024.
