The Verint Engage Global Customer Awards recognize individuals and their respective organizations that are using Verint solutions to close the engagement capacity gap, in turn building enduring relationships with customers and delivering truly Boundless Customer Engagement. Customers will be recognized for their ability to connect work, data, and experiences in the following categories:

  • Future of Work: Manage all aspects of the modern workforce by empowering a workforce of humans and bots, enabling connected work and driving real-time work actions.
  • Gaining Real Value from Data, AI & Analytics: Deploy advanced machine learning models, natural language processing, intent, and analytics engines to derive tangible value in customer engagement.
  • Rewiring the Organization: Improve business outcomes by breaking down silos to connect the enterprise (e.g. contact center, back office, and branch) for customer engagement.
  • Elevating Customer Experience: Drive positive business outcomes through the use of multi-channel experience management solutions to analyze, predict, and prioritize change at scale.

Winners will be notified in April and recognized at Verint Engage, including participation in an exclusive VIP experience. In addition, they will have the opportunity to take part in a professionally-developed video highlighting their outstanding accomplishments!
