She has a proven track record of more than 25 years in product strategy and marketing, content development and communications for customer engagement solutions, payments and financial services.

Steve Thompson is Verint’s Global Vice President of Client Success. In this role, Steve is responsible for Verint’s global customer success program, professional services, and renewal teams. Steve and his team are focused on the actions Verint can take to help each customer maximize value from their use of Verint solutions. Steve has a long history in enterprise software and professional services including leadership roles at Deloitte, Sabre, and IBM.
