General Conference Questions

What is Engage?

Engage is the Verint Systems global customer conference. This interactive event is designed to help you engage with your industry colleagues as well as help you get the full benefit of your Verint solutions and optimize your customer engagement. Many of the presenters are actual users who share their expertise and real-world experiences to help attendees gain new perspectives, solve problems, swap tips and techniques, and more. Where is the conference held? What are the conference dates?

Engage 2017 kicks off at 6 p.m. on Monday, May 22, 2017 and concludes on Thursday, May 25, 2016 at 10 a.m.

What are the registration deadlines and fees?

Early registration for $695 USD ends on March 13, 2017. Standard registration rates of $895 apply from March 14-May 12. Late/onsite registration will be available at a cost of $1,095, which includes registration and late fees.

What is included in the conference fee?

Registration includes all conference events, materials, and conference meals (including the customer appreciation event). Travel costs are in addition to the conference registration fee. Lodging is not included.

Do you offer any special discounts?

Group discounts and discounts for repeat attendees are available. Email us at conference@verint.com for details on these and other offers.

How do I register?

Online registration is now closed for this years event.

What is the payment policy?

Engage accepts several methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Diner’s Club, Discover, and American Express. Payment must accompany your registration. Registrations without payment will not be processed.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations received in writing to conference@verint.com before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, May 5, 2017, will receive a full refund for fees paid.

Are attendee substitutions permitted?

If you registered but are unable to attend Engage and cannot cancel your registration, you may substitute another employee from your company at no additional charge. Please send notification of your change via email to conference@verint.com no later than 12 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, May 5, 2017. Please be sure to include the new attendee's name and contact information. You will receive an email confirmation once the change has been received and processed.

Can I bring a guest?

The Engage conference is for Verint customers and partners only. Guests are not permitted to attend sessions or evening events, with the exception of the customer appreciation event on Wednesday. There is a $100 guest fee to cover the cost of food, beverage, and entertainment at this event. You can purchase a guest event pass when you register.

What is the attire for the conference?

Conference attire is business casual. We recommend you bring a sweater, as meeting room temperatures vary.


Hotel and Transportation

Does Verint have a room block at the hotel, and how do I reserve a room?

Please note, online booking of hotel rooms at the conference hotels is now closed.

Which airport should I fly into?

Orland International Airport (MCO) is recommended. The airport is approximately 17 miles from the hotel.

What are the driving directions from the airport to the hotel?

Click here for driving directions from the airport to the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort or here for drviing directions to the Loews Royal Pacific Resort. These routes (while the shortest to the hotels) do have tolls. Please have cash ready.

Does the hotel offer a shuttle service?

The hotel does not offer shuttle service to and from the airport. Taxi and limousine service, car rentals, and several shuttle services are available at the airport. Verint does not provide transportation to and from the airport.

Does the hotel offer free WiFi?

Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and Loews Royal Pacific Resort feature complimentary wireless internet access in each guest room and most common areas of the hotels.



What types of sessions can I expect?

Sessions will address a broad range of topics, including case studies, industry best practices, overviews of Verint solutions (including those from KANA, Telligent and Contact Solutions), tips and techniques, and more.

Do you offer training classes at the conference?

Yes, we offer pre-conference training sessions to help attendees make the most of their conference trip. These sessions are designed for system users and administrators and are available for an additional fee. You must register in advance to attend these training sessions, and space is limited. What are the scheduled events during the conference?

Please refer to the agenda to see a summary of the events of the conference.

Are you looking for conference speakers?

If you are interested in speaking at the conference, please submit a speaking proposal to www.verint.com/customerconference/speakersform or email us at conference@verint.com. Speakers receive a complimentary conference pass.



Whom should I contact if I have special dietary needs?

There is a section on the conference registration form for special requests. Please complete this section upon registering or email conference@verint.com.
