What is the nearest airport and transfer time?
The nearest airport to the Anantara New York Palace Budapest Hotel is Budapest Airport (BUD), which is approximately 12 to 12.43 miles (about 19.3 to 20 kilometres) away. The transfer typically takes 20 minutes (but can increase during rush hour / busy periods).Will transfers be included?
This year, we will not be offering group transfers (which has been reflected in the ticket price). In recent years, we’ve seen a decline in usage, with some partners also opting out at the last minute. To ensure a smoother experience and to avoid unnecessary waiting, we’ve chosen not to include transfers in 2026. Our venue has been carefully selected for its convenient location, it’s typically just a 20-minute taxi ride from Budapest Airport, making your arrival and departure simple and stress-free. You can find the Főtaxi booths at the exit of Terminals 2A and 2B to make a reservation, or you can take a taxi from the continuously waiting rank in front of the booths.What if I would like to arrive early or extend my stay – or if my spouse wants to join me?
You are able to bring your spouse or partner for the hotel stay for a small additional supplement of 20 Euros per person, per night. Unfortunately, they will not be able to attend the conference or the dinners/social events – thank you for your understanding. If you would like to extend your stay, the following room price has been agreed by our summit venue (three days pre and three days post event): Single occupancy - 315 Euros Double occupancy – 335 Euros Please ensure you book directly with the hotel and agree payment in advance. Check-out is 10am. Complimentary late check-outs can only be confirmed by the hotel once onsite. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that the hotel may charge a late check out fee if this is not agreed in advance. Guests may be personally charged in-line with the hotel’s policy: From 10:00am – 2pm 50% of the room price as late check out fee From 2:00pm – 100% of the room price as late check out fee.How many tickets can be purchased per partner?
Due to limited availability, two tickets are available per partner. If you would like to purchase more, please speak with your dedicated partner manager to confirm.What if I need a Visa to travel?
As per previous years, please reach out to your partner manager so we can supply you with an invitation letter. Due to Visa processing times, we highly recommend you do this as a priority to avoid disappointment.What is the Verint Partner Summit 2026 Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, no ticket refunds can be made. We are, however, more than happy for you to transfer the ticket to another colleague within your organisation. This will need to be confirmed by 24th April 2026. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate last-minute changes, thank you for your understanding.
