Tim Richter is the Senior Director of Product Marketing at Five9. Tim brings dual-expertise that allows him to serve as the connective tissue between Five9 product and marketing, driving storytelling that advances the industry narrative of platform-based, customizable, and AI-driven contact centers. Leveraging 21 years of tech experience in both product management and product marketing roles, Tim owns Five9 product marketing efforts for workforce optimization, analytics, and services and support. Prior to Five9, Tim oversaw contact center product launches at Avaya as a PM then went on to guide product marketing leadership at 8x8 and Twilio. Tim holds degrees in finance and international business, and he finds joy in simplifying complex technologies for customers.
