Key to delivering on this promise is their radical embrace of an open, modular, and flexible architecture. Their approach appears to be successful, as Verint has recently secured substantial new deployments involving their GenAI offerings and has expanded their presence in existing engagements.

Verint focuses on selling the business outcomes and they’re actually delivering on that; focused on driving value and time to value. Verint is changing the paradigm of the whole CCaaS, AI, CX cycle… it’s a huge lift for some organizations to get to the cloud, and Verint says you don’t need a multi-year process to realize the value of AI. Verint can deliver AI value today on top of an organization’s existing systems. Verint is putting their money where their mouth is.
