— Verint® Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: VRNT) today announced and welcomed the member organizations that comprise its 2017 Americas Customer Advisory Board. This board, which involves members whose organizations use Verint Customer Engagement Optimization™solutions in their operations, represents more than 25 global companies from Brazil, Canada, Mexico and the United States.
New and returning members of the Verint Customer Advisory Board include household names and brands, such as Atento, Cognizant Technical Solutions, Convergys, Holland America Line, New York Life, Safelite AutoGlass, Sage and Westpac Group. These organizations and others that are part of the board span diverse vertical markets that include the automotive, banking and financial services, beverage, business process outsourcing, customer management, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, retail, technology, telecommunications, travel and leisure, and utility industries.
This Customer Advisory Board—which is part of an ecosystem of Verint customer councils in every global region and across many industries and solutions categories—focuses on the value and customer engagement technology that drives consistent, contextual customer experiences that exceed their end customers’ expectations. As advocates for and liaisons with their fellow Verint customer peers, the board helps put the “voice of the customer” into action, providing input into the company’s strategic direction, as well as sharing best practices around customer engagement. Board members also provide counsel into and serve as hosts for the company’s annual Engage™Global Customer Conference, which takes place this month from May 22-25 in Orlando, Fla.
