Earns Perfect Scores in Multiple Vendor and Product Satisfaction Categories
MELVILLE, N.Y., October 19, 2017 – Verint® Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: VRNT) today announced that it received top customer survey scores in multiple vendor and product satisfaction categories of DMG Consulting LLC’s new 2017/2018 Speech Analytics Product and Market Report.
Verint earned perfect scores—five out of five—in the following vendor satisfaction categories: innovation, current product, overall vendor satisfaction, implementation, training, and professional services.
