Verint Scores Innovation and Customer Service Leadership Honors in Latin America Market

Named One of 100+ IT Innovators in Brazil by IT Midia; Recognized by Frost & Sullivan for Outstanding Performance and Developing Customers for Life

SAO PAULO, Brazil and MELVILLE, N.Y., December 5, 2017 – Verint® Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: VRNT) today announced that it has been recognized among the most innovative information technology companies in Brazil as an IT Mídia 100+ Innovators Award winner, as well as recipient of Frost & Sullivan’s 2017 Latin America Award for Customer Service Leadership. These honors highlight companies that maintain consistently high standards for service, quality and solutions that power customer success.

IT Mídia 100+ Innovators Award

The 100+ Innovators award was presented to innovators named in a study by IT Mídia, an IT business communications company, in partnership with PwC, one of the largest professional services providers in the world, in the areas of auditing and consulting. This annual study ranks companies in 20 sectors of Brazil’s economy.

Verint and its Customer Experience Program were profiled for the methodology the company uses to capture, analyze and act on customer feedback, assessments and suggestions—all for the purpose of enhancing customer engagement and experiences, and developing customers for life.
