Named One of 100+ IT Innovators in Brazil by IT Midia; Recognized by Frost & Sullivan for Outstanding Performance and Developing Customers for Life
SAO PAULO, Brazil and MELVILLE, N.Y., December 5, 2017 – Verint® Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: VRNT) today announced that it has been recognized among the most innovative information technology companies in Brazil as an IT Mídia 100+ Innovators Award winner, as well as recipient of Frost & Sullivan’s 2017 Latin America Award for Customer Service Leadership. These honors highlight companies that maintain consistently high standards for service, quality and solutions that power customer success.
IT Mídia 100+ Innovators Award
The 100+ Innovators award was presented to innovators named in a study by IT Mídia, an IT business communications company, in partnership with PwC, one of the largest professional services providers in the world, in the areas of auditing and consulting. This annual study ranks companies in 20 sectors of Brazil’s economy.
Verint and its Customer Experience Program were profiled for the methodology the company uses to capture, analyze and act on customer feedback, assessments and suggestions—all for the purpose of enhancing customer engagement and experiences, and developing customers for life.
“We have a broad footprint in Latin America and are delighted to be named among the 100 most innovative information technology companies in Brazil,” says Verint’s Diego Gomez, VP Latin America and Caribbean. “We stake our reputation on the way we engage with and help organizations simplify customer engagement, empower their customers and employees, and share intelligence to drive better decisions and outcomes.”
Frost & Sullivan Latin America Customer Service Leadership Award
Frost & Sullivan recognized Verint with its Customer Service Leadership honor, citing the company’s approach to developing a solid, customer-feedback-influenced platform backed by high-end solutions and expertise. The award highlights those that maintain consistently high standards for customer service quality and develop deep relationships with their customers.
This industry analyst honor reinforces Verint’s innovative strategies and performance across the region, as well as its commitment to helping customers achieve their business goals through the use of its Customer Engagement™ solutions. It also points to Verint’s strong performance in key Frost & Sullivan benchmarking criteria that includes quality of customer service (empowerment, leverage of customer feedback, speed/timeliness, frictionless interaction and technological investment) and customer impact (price/performance value, customer purchase/ownership/service experience and brand equity).
“Verint has taken important future-ready steps to move beyond the traditional APO provider role and towards operating as a trusted partner that successfully responds to increasing consumer preferences, needs and expectations. The company’s portfolio additions have enriched its customer engagement offerings with capabilities to capture and act on specific and structured feedback from customers and share valuable intelligence and insights across the enterprise,” adds Maiara Paula Munhoz, senior industry analyst, Frost & Sullivan.
