These honors were presented during the annual Verint Partner Summit that took place at the Hilton Chicago, alongside the company’s Engage™ 2016 Global Customer Conference.

The pre-conference event welcomed partner representatives from across North, Central and Latin America and featured a combination of keynotes and breakout sessions focused on customer engagement optimization topics. These included customer analytics, engagement management, workforce optimization and cloud strategies, as well as an offsite networking event.
