KANA’s finalist status means the company will ultimately be deemed a Gold, Silver or Bronze Stevie Award winner in the “New Product and Service/Relationship Management Solution” category. Final results will be announced during a gala banquet on Friday, February 21, at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas.
