On Wednesday, June 11 at 9:15 a.m. PT, KANA's senior director of product marketing, Scott Hays, will join Vistaprint's Ali Ghedria, CARE operations manager for professional marketing products leader, in a keynote session titled "Vistaprint Makes Customer Advocacy, Relationships and Engagement (CARE) a Strategic Priority."
