Verint experts will present 15 English and Dutch interactive webinars throughout the month of August. Throughout the series, attendees can explore a host of topics and best practices designed to heighten employee engagement and enhance direct and digital customer experiences. Weekly themes will touch on employee engagement, workforce optimization and voice of the customer, as well as security, fraud and compliance.
