Access Verint’s extensive library of online courses whenever and wherever it’s convenient.

Verint’s self-paced enablement options provide an interactive, cost-effective, quality solution for training students on topics such as Performance Management, Quality Monitoring and Workforce Management end user information.

This delivery model includes online and computer-based training that can be delivered through the Verint Academy or through your company’s lesson management system. It allows students to learn at their own pace and can be scheduled for a time that would have the least impact to the business. Our self-paced enablement includes demonstrations and assessments so you can measure understanding.

Verint® Learning as a Service™ (LaaS), currently only available in North America, provides a blended learning experience that combines standard training models (self-paced courses, instructor-led courses, and on-demand labs) into a subscription-based service.

This cost-effective approach can enable employees to continuously learn about many Verint products, even relearning and refreshing their skills when needed.
