I’ve been in Topdanmark for 6 years and worked with a customer experience the whole time. First as a adviser for 1 year, and after that with Process Optimization, Customer Journeys and latest as a Business analyst. I have been head of our Service Excellence department for almost a year and we are responsible for the quality and for implementing new tools and products in Customer Service.
