Before joining Ingeus I worked in a number of customer service roles across a range of sectors. Customer service requires a lot of passion – you need to want to go that extra mile to help others and need the right attitude which, thankfully, our people definitely have. Together we combine a clear mission with a strong commercial focus which, I think is just one of the many things that sets Ingeus apart from other organisations. Our culture is based on our values and, although work can be fast paced and challenging, we always remember our purpose and why we are here. I think this is how we won the 2016 European Contact Centre of the Year award – one of my proudest moments at Ingeus. Over the next few years, I can see the Business Services division continuing to evolve in line with the wider organisation.
