Industry Honors Highlight Verint Solutions and Customer Experience Program, and How ATB Financial Heightens Loyalty with Actionable Intelligence

Awards Spotlight Innovation in Customer Engagement Optimization, “Customer Friendly” Best in Business Approach and Customer Success

MELVILLE, N.Y., January 28, 2016 Verint® Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNT) today announced that it has received several industry awards for its Customer Engagement Optimization solutions, one of which highlights  how customer ATB Financial captures, analyzes and acts on customer insights to heighten experiences and loyalty. In addition, the organization has earned a best in business honor for its customer experience program.

Best in Biz Awards

In this year’s Best in Biz Awards program, Verint was named a bronze winner in the “most customer friendly company of the year” category. Through this honor, the organization was recognized for its unique global customer experience (CX) program. By gaining a deep understanding of customer perceptions about its products and services, Verint translates this data into actionable intelligence that have enabled it to build stronger long-term customer relationships, increase satisfaction and loyalty, and improve innovation and process improvement.

Loyalty360 CX Award

Verint customer ATB Financial—an Alberta-based financial institution—was awarded a silver honor in Loyalty360’s CX Awards for “best customer insights in customer experience.” The honor spotlights brands that are using innovative and best-in-class techniques to deliver customer experiences designed to build customer loyalty. To support its focus in these areas, ATB Financial uses Verint Speech Analytics and Verint Call Recording to deliver better employee experiences, and therefore better customer experiences. Verint also earned an “experience innovation” honor from CUSTOMER magazine for its Verint Engagement Analytics.
