Verint Announces Engage 2015 EMEA Customer Conference

Event Brings Together Europe’s Leading Organizations to Share Customer Engagement Best Practices

MELVILLE, N.Y. and WEYBRIDGE, U.K., September 29, 2015 — Verint® Systems Inc.(NASDAQ: VRNT) today announced event highlights and key topics for its annual Engage 2015 customer conference in EMEA, which will take place Thursday, October 8, 2015 at The Savoy in London. This year’s conference will focus on how organizations in today’s digital-first economy are enhancing customer engagement to not only deliver better customer experiences, but also help manage risk—all while boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The Engage EMEA Customer Conference will feature various keynote speakers and customer-led sessions that will explore best practices on optimizing customer engagement using software from Verint and KANA®, A Verint Company. It also will offer a technology showcase, product demonstrations, breakout sessions, networking opportunities, one-on-one meetings, and a host of social and other interactive activities.

Informative Keynotes, Themes and Customer-Led Sessions

This year's guest speakers include rugby legend and coach, Sir Clive Woodward, who will discuss the similarities between business and sport, and highlight how crucial it is to think correctly under pressure. Also on the roster of presenters is Linda Moir, who played a key role in the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and also served as Virgin Atlantic’s director of In-Flight Services. Linda will pull from her experience in these positions to reveal insights on delivering exceptional performance through people.

Keynotes will be followed by 16 insightful breakout sessions led by Verint and KANA customers, including Achmea, HomeServe, HSBC, AXA France and the Wheatley Group. The session themes and tracks for this year’s event include:
