New DMG Consulting Report Recognizes Verint Leadership in Enterprise Feedback Management

Verint Receives Top Customer Satisfaction Rankings for Current Product and Implementation; Cited as a Leader for Overall Vendor Satisfaction  

MELVILLE, N.Y., November 2, 2015 — Verint® Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNT) today announced that it has been recognized as a leader for enterprise feedback management software in DMG Consulting LLC's2015-2016 Enterprise Feedback Management Product and Market report. DMG’s research analyzed vendor solutions, implementation processes and customer ratings across comprehensive product and vendor criteria.

In its analysis, DMG cited Verint Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) as having the largest estimated customer base among vendors it evaluated, and for achieving the top customer satisfaction scores for current product and implementation, while also being a leader in overall vendor satisfaction. Additional leadership highlights include:

  • Verint was named the sole leader for several product components including feedback design and deployment features and options, automated workflow for initiating and managing tasks and follow-up activities based on scoring thresholds, and ease of use/configuration/maintenance. Verint shared top ratings for real-time capabilities and ability to reduce customer effort.
  • Verint also received the highest issued ratings—5 out of 5—in ability to identify operational issues/opportunities and ability to capture voice of the employee (VoE).
