Verint Forms Global Strategic Partnership with Unify
Partnership to Extend Reach of Workforce Optimization Solutions in Enterprise Contact Center Environments
MELVILLE, N.Y., November 19, 2014 —Verint® Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNT) today announced that it has formed a global strategic partnership with Unify, a leading enterprise communications software and services firm. The relationship extends the reach and availability of Verint Workforce Optimization™ (WFO) solutions into enterprise contact centers, or customer engagement centers, on a global basis.
In January 2014, Unify announced its selection of Verint as a global strategic alliance partner. Since formalizing their partnership in August 2014, the organizations have focused on joint go-to-market strategies that leverage Unify’s presence in the enterprise and Verint’s leadership in the WFO market. Through the partnership, Unify resells Verint’s Workforce Optimization solutions, making the technology even more widely available worldwide. Additionally, Verint will work closely with Unify to co-develop strategic features designed to help Unify contact center customers reach their full potential.
