Neopost to Present at Verint Seminar with the Directors’ Club

Verint Customer to Highlight Customer and Employee Engagement Transformation Project

WEYBRIDGE, U.K. and MELVILLE, N.Y., October 15, 2014 —Verint® Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNT) today announced that it will host a seminar titled “Employee Engagement: A Frontline Competitive Weapon” with the Directors’ Club in London on October 16. At the seminar, Warren Tait, Customer Service Director at Neopost, a longstanding Verint customer, will speak about its award-winning customer service organisation and the results achieved through its transformation project.

Tait and team implemented Verint customer engagement optimisation solutions, including workforce management, quality monitoring and speech analytics. In doing so, Neopost furthered its focus on becoming an easier company to do business with, knowing that such an endeavour requires a new approach to understanding its customers’ expectations and experiences.

Throughout this transformation initiative, Tait has been at the forefront of a massive cultural change that has led the management team to adapt KPIs and measures of success. During the October 16 seminar, he will present the results of this project and share the effect it has had on both customer and employee engagement.
