The technology is helping the organization encrypt customer calls that are recorded via its existing workforce optimizationsolution from Verint.
The communications provider sought to address the requirements mandated by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), and further protect sensitive customer data from potential breaches. Capitalizing on its existing Verint call recording technology, the organization added Impact 360 Desktop and Process Analytics with PCI encryption. With these capabilities, it has equipped its operation with the ability to pause and resume interactions, and completely avoid the recording of sensitive information, such as cardholder data.
